DDR vs. DDR2 vs. DDR3 and 128 bit vs. 256 bit.
are these important.
For the cards below.
POWERCOLOR X800GTO128MB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814131425)
GECUBE RX1600PRO-256M PCIE Radeon X1600PRO (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814241004)
Which of these cards will be good for playin games. they are both 115

DDR, DDR2, and DDR3 are just newer memory technologies... it's good to have a newer one, but usually not going to affect performance.

256-bit memory is fairly important for good bandwidth in a graphics card. Although I have a 128-bit 6600gt and it works fine for its class.

If it were up to pure gaming performance, I would pick the X800 GTO without hestitation.
