Serial ATA power splitter - do they exist?

I've just bought a second Serial ATA drive, but have found I've only one SATA power cable from my power supply.
Are there power cable splitters available as with IDE drives? Any suggestion where I'd get one in the UK?
Or can I safely use an IDE power to SATA power plug converter?

Yes, you can use a Molex to SATA adapter. It's the same power, simply different physical connectors.

But the IDE drive power plugs have 4 wires and the SATA has 5 wires - is there some duplication in the SATA plug?

I read somewhere - DO NOT PLUG SATA INTO IDE POWER AS THIS WILL DAMAGE DRIVE - is that rubbish?

Some SATA drives have both a SATA power connector and a Molex - that's where you use ONE or the OTHER, but not BOTH. I use adapters all the time.
