3 computers -- 1 monitor

I have 3 computers but only room in my room for 1 monitor, 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, 1 set of speakers. Is their some sort of switch box(like the ones used for printers) that change a workstaion from computer to computer. This way i could turn the switch to B and my Gamming computer would come up on the screen and speakers, as well as my mouse and keyboard controls........if im not explaining this well please tell me.
