Case fan question.....

I just noticed that my front and rear case fans are both acting as exaust fans. I thought one was suposed to bring in air and the other exaust. Does it matter? Or is that the way it's supposed to be?

Fans in the front of the case should bring cool air into the computer (intake).

Fans at the back of the case should blow warm air out of the computer (exhaust).

He wants to know what he should do about it, In other words, can he just unscrew it and flip it around? Or something like that?

Yes. For better cooling, unscrew the front fan and flip it around to make sure it is pulling air into the case. With the front fan as intake and the rear fan as exhaust, there is proper airflow through the whole case.
