I'm writing the final (maybe) guide for Ubuntu to follow up on the Transition Guide and wanted to finish my planned content with questions anyone might have. I'm really just looking for stuff which you want to know about or are unclear on, such as:

"Could you elaborate more on X?"
"Any idea how you might do Y?" (<- for these questions, if a simple Synaptic or Google search turns up the answer, I probably will not include it)

If anyone has anything along these lines, please post and I'll see about putting it in the guide.

Thanks.

**Note: I'm not Ubuntu tech support, so I can't really do much to troubleshoot why X hardware or Y software isn't working correctly on your system... please use the Ubuntu Forums for those questions.

Hey great , I have a bunch of questions about this OS , First I must say that I am a total newbie with open source Linux system but within the 3 weeks I have had this Ubuntu up and running ? I am getting addicted , I read from somewhere from this site about the partition setup , I am trying to understnad this part at the moment , I would like to set up my ide hard drive with only the Ubuntu OS but I heard you need to set up an swap partition , /home partition , an empty space partition for future upgrade version , lastly the OS itself , I'm curious if there is a graphic data that shows this for user's ? If not ? can you redirect me to the text data of it , I saw it here somehwere , Thanks

To branch off from that, I'd like some more information on the file system and navigation. I can find anything in Windows but Ubuntu is a very different setup. :)

Good questions. I'll answer these and a few questions I have received through email.

Thanks!
