What is the best A+ Certification Exam Guide available?

I'm currently reading Mike Meyer's A+ Certification passport - it lays things out pretty easily and comes with a CD full of A+ example study questions. I give it a thumbs up.

I've heard ExamCram's series is pretty good too.
