I recently purchased a USR 5686D so I could use the Internet Call Notification feature; unfortunately, it doesn't work. Just as before, all incoming calls go directly to the voice mail system. The ICN settings are "dial up" and "do not disconnect from the Internet to accept call." How do I get the ICN to permit me to answer incoming calls?
