I have one file in my windows temp folder that is 1 gig in size named $RFQ.AVG which is from my avg antivirus program. Just wondering if I can delete this and why in the world would this program create a file that big?
I also have 4 files all a perfect gig a piece in another temp folder. NVE13A.tmp, NVE13B.tmp, NVE138.tmp and NVE139.tmp. I Do not have space for these kind of files lying and just want to make sure they are not important. I was going to rename them to something and then makesure things run fine but want to verify here that they are not crytical
