registery scanner

what are some good registery scanners that are free. i used one that was called spy doctor or whatever it was, it scanned my registery and pulled out like over 1k things that had errors but it only fixed one section, because i was running the free program. is there any that can do a thorough search and clean my registery?

There's a free reg. scanner at www.eusing.com I've used it and so far it works great and it has a back up.
