I am tring to increase performance of my EVGA 7800 GTX KO video card. I have read about some using software to do it. What is it? And will it work on my card?
Would anyone reccommend me flashing my video card with a different ROM to see if I can boost performance? One other question, how would that be done?
Thanks

I think your talking about bios. Nvidia cards arent really known to be flashed to unlock features. Only a few select ati cards could be flashed to unlock more pipes.
You could always overclock. Use Riva tuner or coolbits to do so. And do your full research before going into overclocking your gpu or cpu.

Aren't the "KO" versions already overclocked? If that's the case, you probably won't get much more out of it. Besides, that's a good card - no need to risk burning it up.

OK That's good to know. And thanks for the names of the programs.

Yes, but I just wanted to see how fast it could go. Yeah, I guess I should just be satisfied getting superb performance.:p
