.EXE to .ISO

Is it possible to turn an EXE to ISO? For example, you get Trillian, I want to bring it from the EXE and put it to an ISO so that I can put it onto a disc and install it without having to do anything, it will just automaticly start up.

You can put the installer on a CD and use Autorun to automatically run the installer when the CD is inserted: http://www.phdcc.com/shellrun/autorun.htm
