Hi i have a 200 Gb Sata Hd that runs at 7200 rpm

If i wanted to get another harddrive what are my possibilities to use it?

Like can i use one for storage and the other for instant access?

Or can i do Raid 0?

As long as you have an open SATA port on your motherboard, you should be OK. You can use the second drive for anything a drive is used for: storage of data, photos, etc, install programs on it, etc...

Raid 0 requires identical drives, and there are Molex to SATA power adapters available. Note that Raid 0 is putting your data at risk, if one drive burps you lose everything. You also have to do a total drive wipe to set up a Raid 0 with an existing and new drive, you can't simply add a drive to an existing installation.
