After several weeks of searching the internet I've come up with these components for my first build. Biggest issue is silence. Multi tasking is important to me, and also some video editing and occasional gaming.
Maybe you could give some comments or suggestions. Thanks.

If you are getting the retail CPU, the HSU that coming with it works good and you don't void the warranty by using an aftermarket HSU.
eVGA is considered the better maker of nVidia video cards, haven't really heard too much about Asus cards.

If you want abesolute silence, don't get a Raptor. It's not *that* loud, but regular 7200rpm drives are deadly silent.

Oh, and pass on RAID 0 - it's a big data risk. If just one drive goes kaput you've lost all your data...and it doesn't offer any real performance boosts. I'd suggest just hooking them up seperately.

I agree about the aftermarket cooler. That Antec case is pretty well built and is on Intel's Thermally Advantaged Chassis list, so the CPU fan won't be working as hard as it would in a junker case and the case should insulate the sound pretty well. Try the stock unit first and then if you think that the noise factor justifies voiding the processor warranty and the extra expense, go ahead and get an aftermarket unit. Also, you left the OS off your list.

Id say go with this memory:

G. Skill 2GB, its cheaper, has heat spreader and i like g. skill i think its a good brand

I would actually get this memory instead. Compatible all around and is better bang/buck.
Corsair XMS PC5400 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145015) $175 after MIB
or
Corsair XMS PC6400 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145590) $203 after MIB

Why is eVGA considered to be that?

When does RAID 0 offer any real performance boost then?

eVGA has a reputation for better customer service then the other Nvidia brands. Thats why we recommend them instead of others.

Raid 0 doesn't have enough of a performance boost to be noticable in a home computer. Especially now that most 7200rpm drives with the large caches perform much better then hard drives did a few years ago.

I've also heard that it can even slow things down, mostly in the access latency (delay in reading/write data) since it (the RAID controller) has to juggle two drives.
