need help css layout

Hello. I am making a page with css. It's a layout with a title block on top and then underneath the title, there will be 2 columns (combined width will be same as the title length, and the height of these 2 columns should be the same) Contents in the 2 vertical columns should be start from top.

I kept on trying and not succeed. Thus need help form you!
