what am i doing worng?

I just downloaded this mod for bf2

but when i unziped it i did not see a short cuz. So then i dled it again but it was on my desk top. So i just draged it to "BF2 mods" then tryed to unzip it. Still nothing, wtf?

EDIT: i just tryed to see if the mod would show up in game and i did not see it.

btw thats not a shortcut to play the game its a sortcut to install it.

Depends what mod or map
(MOST MAPS ARE ONLY MULTIPLAYER!)
some maps still show up in single player but arent playable
make sure eventhing is where its supposed to be....
