Nothing at all is starting up? Or is the computer trying to start up but you're not seeing anything on the monitor?

Is there a rocker switch on the back of the power supply? Is the side with the "1" pushed down?

Follow the troubleshooting steps found here (http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=12753) and let us know what happens.

Rosewill Power Supply - I think that's the problem. They make poor quality units. I suggest returning it to Newegg for something from Antec, FSP, Xclio, etc. etc..

yeah rosewill is not good, but it should still start, i mean poor quality or not, shouldn't it make an attempt? maybe the PSU is DOA?

Yes, it can.... I think lol. Anyway, what Rosewill model #? I just saw one that looked half-decent on Newegg.com.

PSU's can definitely be DOA... I just got one that was. It was an Antec, too. Wouldn't even light the power LED on my mainboard...
