I just installed this card and I get the following popup message.

To protect your hardware from potential damage or causing a potential system lockup, the graphics processor has lowered its performance to a level that allows continued safe operations. Please see attachmanr for additional message.

There is no extra power wire to plug in. That was the only connector. I am puzzled at this point.

Thanks

Look at your card again. It will have either a standard 4 pin "Molex" *or* a mini connector like what floppy drives use.

Yes, it's the only power source. I have been told it may be my PS???

Who knows, it's ok for 2 weeks and then it acts up. Could a PS do it?

It could possibly be - but an Enlight 420w is plenty to run that video card. Load up Asus Probe and check your voltages.
