:) I ordered the XFX 7600GT XXX Edition 256MB DDR3 for $149, but then I found this card and I can still change my mind. The one I found (7900GS) has no reviews so I'm turning to you guys. I don't know if it's worth it though. Below are the links to the two different cards with the specs. One has more pipelines and bandwidth and the other has more clock speed. Please let me know how much of a difference it will make if I get the 7900GS. Thanks

I vote for the 7900GS. 20 vs 12 pipelines is going to make a bigger difference then the slight differences in clock speeds. You may even want to look at the 7900GT, which can be found for under $250.

They're almost the same... but the 7600gt has the highest memory clock and core clock, that means its the best bang for the buck.

Generally, you get what you pay for. The more expensive one will perform better. All depends on how much you are willing to spend...I don't think either is a bad choice.

I've got a couple of more questions:
1.) My new mobo has a feature called "Robust Graphics Booster". It is set to Auto in the BIOS by default and can be changed to fast or turbo. Has anyone used this feature before and is there any point in using it?

2.) Instead of installing an "aftermarket" VGA cooler onto a graphics card and voiding it's warranty in most cases, can I install one of those two-fan PCI slot video card coolers that will blow onto the vid card's fan and heatsink? Will it do anything for me?

You Could get one of those PCI fans but basicaly i dont think its really necessary, the best way to keep your (Video card, Cpu ,hdd...) cool is installing fans in your pc case (intake and exhaust), another good way to keep your system cool is going with a liquid cooling kit basically its better because it will be nice and quiet but since u dont want to remove the factory heatsink & fan just go with a few fans as i sed above.
