How do you set up the Administrator account in WinXP Home

I have a friend who is elderly and lets her friends and grand children use her computer. They always seem to screw it up. I thought if I set up an Administrator account on the machine I could preserve the new install. Thanks.

Control Panel -> User accounts.

Set up "Limited Accounts" for all users that you don't want to mess with settings :)

You can also assign passwords to each user accounts and can also assign a password to your admin account.

Try to keep your password as complex as possible.
