Picture card Problems...

Is there any way to re-format an xD Picture card when all of my devices (Olympus D-555 camera, HP 7310 printer, & a 15-in1 card reader internally mounted in my tower) says there is an error on the card? The cards are Fuji. One of the cards has some important pics on it. Is there any way to save or recover them? There doesn't seem to be any application on the disc that came with the camera to do either. Thank you.

Thank you glc! I was able to save the pics I wanted. However, the second card still shows an error. Is there any way to re-format this card or is it trash? Thank again in advance.

if your computer recognizes it...just right click...and click reformat.

Cameras are also generally able to format cards.

The camera computer as well as my printer all say there is a card error. Thanx.

If that's the case, it's trash. Don't toss it if it's on warranty, you can get it replaced.
