After either putting the system in Standby mode or letting Windows power down using the Power Settings (screen 5 minutes HD 15 mins), 5 times out of 10 the system won't power back up. Sometimes get the message:
OS Load in Progress
Insert bootable media in the appropriarte drive
other times, just get a "blinking cursor".
In any result have to shut down and restart.
