My mom has been wanting this for a long time and my sister can't decide on which one to get. She would prefer a 300 dollar range to 350 since she's working hard in college and really wants the best for my mom's Birthday.

Anyone have any suggestions for a nice Camcorder with sound and video?

We have this PC if you need the spects:

....Yeah not the best but good for the job:
E-Machine T6410
1. AMD Athlon 3200+

2. 512 Meg RAM

3. Integrated ATI Xpress 200....no vid card :( lawl.

4. DVD, RW, and CD-Rom drive (Does that mean I can burn DVD's too?...Hmmm)

And that's about it. If you guys can help us find a good one, we'd be obliged.

SORRY MODS FOR POSTING IT HERE, I didn't know if this was considered a peripheral or not... sorry.

I haven't kept up, but one thing you can do is look at the weekly sales ads (you can do it online) from places like Best Buy, Circuit City, etc., to get an idea what's out there in your price range then search for reviews on the one's you like. Then you can try to find a better price at Newegg or the like, and / or even post the model back here and see if anyone has an opinion on it.
