Opening web sites or files.

I'm sure this is a simple problem to correct, but I've been trying for days and cannot find the answer.
When I open up my home page or any web site, sometimes the page will open in Max and sometimes in MIN. This will even happen when I'm going from file to file and am not even online.
Does anyone know how I can set my system so everything opens up at full size?

I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Bob, right click on your internet explore icon and choose properties and under Run choose Maximized, Hit apply and OK close all programs and reboot your system.

Jimmy, I could not find "RUN" after going to "PROPERTIES" from the IE icon. Did I miss a step?

This question has been asked here many times. If you will go to the top
of this page you will find "search". Click on that and type in IE
size and you will find the answer you seek. Welcome to the forum.

Sorry Bob, I should have been a little more specific with my directions. In your Quick Launch bar on the task bar right click the IE icon and go from there.
Once again I'm sorry that I left that part out.
