need info on tv tuner

Hi there can someone tell me a good External tv tuner that can be used with a laptop if you can help thanks

There's a bunch of USB and a couple PCMCIA TV tuners listed at Newegg. I have no direct experience with any of them but Hauppauge is a good brand, although quite expensive in comparison to the rest of them.
