Which would you pick for gaming?
Has anyone had and experience with buying from Golden electronics?
If i get the PC from Golden electronics will i have any trouble upgrading parts?
I have Windows XP home edition on my Laptop PC anyway i'm planning too sell the laptop and format the HDD would is it legal for me too use Windows XP from that laptop on my pc (I'm not selling the laptop with the operating system)

The second one actually has better parts in the critical areas. As for reusing XP, probably won't be able to use it since it is probably tied to the laptops bios. Just get an OEM copy of XP Home.

I'm not too sure though i meen it saves problems going wrong because it is prebuilt, the GPU is better then the 1950 i think, and arent the quad processor going too be supported on AM 2?

I'd take the Intel build. Couple reasons, one, the Conroe chips are outpacing AMD's best...two, you've got a better quality power supply (haven't heard of "EZCool" but it sounds like a cheapo unit)...three, the video cards are about equal, and your build is cheaper (wait, how much is it if you add in a LCD monitor?).

If you get the AMD, try to verify brands and models of the components. You should use DDR2-800 ram for proper performance with AM2. Get a known quality PSU.

On the Intel build, you need DDR2-667. You should also get a different DVD burner or a retail boxed version of that one as the OEM version does not come with any software.
