See any compatability issues here? This falls into my $1400> budget and I don't know where I could cut corners. Any ideas/suggestions?

Thanks everyone!...wish me luck!

For starters, get a dual channel kit of ram. Not a single stick.

The build looks good; where to cut corners though?
You could get by with a much cheaper psu.
More specifically this one: Enhance 500W (http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?name=PS-E5150GH) $69
If you really want to order from newegg, its the same one, but costs $88 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817256001).

For videocard, you could save 80 bucks by going with the 256mb version.
X1900XT 256MB (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814121029)

Last but not least, if your still overbudget, I would suggest downgrading to an E6300 or E6400.

Or for more savings, a X1950Pro:

I looked at the numbers the other day and it looks like the X1950Pro is only slightly behind the X1900XT, so it's a good bang for the buck.
