My new build not Working!!!

I just buy

Gigabyte 945g S3 motherboard (Got build in graphic)
Processor pentium 4 3.2GHz 541.
Consair 1G DDR2 667 Memory.
I Cute power supply 450watt.
Pata hardisk 300G.

When i connect everything and power on. Nothing on the monitor come out. Cpu fan is running, motherboard also no beep sound.

I already test the monitor and no problem.
Do you think is the motherboard damage?
But When i unplug the Ram and power on, the speaker still will come out beep sound...
I already try all the step that pcmech list. still not working.
I try 3 different power, still the same...

Do you have another power supply to try? The one you have sounds like a cheap quality power supply and may be causing issues...
