Win 95

My cousin is using an old computer running Windows 95.
When she clicks on a "bitmap" image, it comes up in a programme called Photomagic or something like it.
I cannot remember how to force the computer to use "Paint" for bitmaps.

Hold down the SHIFT key, right click on a .bmp file, select "Open With", browse the list until you find Paint, highlight it, make sure there's a check mark in the "Always use this program..." box, and then OK...

Hi,

open Windows Explorer, click on "view" > "folder options", change to "file types" tab.
There look for the bitmap type and change the name in the program path to paint (C:\Programs\accessories\mspaint.exe).
