Looking for program to wipe my HDD clean?

I'm looking for a program that will wipe my hard drive clean before I reformat and reinstall WinXP Pro. Maybe I'm just being paranoid but I've read countless stories of people getting access to personal information off of other peoples computers even after a reinstall. Thanks.
