Strange Error Message

Whenever I open or close IE7, I get an error message that says bannercpm.com/bc/123kah.php could not be found. I don't remember looking for it, but the message is very irritating. Has anyone else had the same experience and does anyone know a fix. I have run AVG, Spybot,and Adaware but all tell me nothing. Any info will be appreciated..........Normael;)

After receiving the same pop-up error as Willow,I found the trouble-maker to be a Add-on. To disable the add-on, do this- my IE 7 needed the old menu bar turned on, so R click on a blank area of the menu bar and select menu bar. Click "Tools"-"Manage add-ons"-"Enable or disable add-ons". Show "add-ons currently loaded in IE" Click 'Banner Rotator' and disable it. Click OK, close IE and then re-open IE and all should be fine.
