Which is the best option? I have one blue LED 120mm fan and one standard 80mm fan in my case. Should I plug them in to the power supply, or plug them into the motherboard. I think plugging them into the motherboard would allow the RPM to automatically adjust, right? Thanks.
Edit: Another question I'd like to add: I have front audio ports on my case that I'd love to use. There are 3 headers for them. One labeled AC'97, one labeled HD audio, and the other is just a set of single connectors. I think you choose whatever one you want. I think I need AC'97, right? My motherboard specifications say something about AC'97.

I only connecd case fans directly to the PSU to avoid possible power related problems.I think plugging them into the motherboard would allow the RPM to automatically adjust, right? That depends on the motherboard you're using.Edit: Another question I'd like to add: I have front audio ports on my case that I'd love to use. Thanks. The manual recommends I use the HD audio header to "avail of the motherboard's high-definition audio capacity."
Like Cricket, I never plug fans into the mobo, opting instead to connect all of them directly to the PSU via molex connectors.
