Program Update

Hello,

Found a Bad Joke Trogon on this computer and removed it, Now I’m finding a Folder; InstallShield/suspm.exe with the shortcut name Program Update. I did two searches for this and could not find a clear answer

I did not load this it seem to be a Microsoft Update with the update Icon shield, I'm not sure, there no copyright or company name that I can see. Should I delete or lave it on the computer?
