Windows Live OneCare

I recently downloaded microsofts windows live onecare program on a 90 day trial basis and was wondering if anyone has any opinions &/or experience with it. It does a little bit of everything, such as antivirus & spyware scanning, sytem tune ups, etc. Any comments would be appreciated.

i have used it for some time now. its not bad like KthMcDv said it does a little of both.
