mpeg4 to mp3

Im kinda new at this so can someone help me out please...Im tryin to convert my mpeg4 audio files on my computer to mp3 files so that I can put them on my ipod and cell phone.

There is a program called SUPER that can convert one type of media to another. It is a nifty little program that I use to convert movie files (WMV and AVI) to the form that my phone recognizes (3G2 format). It does audio fole conversion too and it works well.
