Right now I have a store bought computer that has a built in Intel Video card. I would like to upgrade it with one of the eVGA units. My question is how would I know which card is compatible with my mother board? This is the mother board: ASUSTeK Computer INC. 'P4SD-LA' Rev 1.xx I'm looking at this card. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814130062

According to HP, your computer has an AGP video card slot, so you need to look for an AGP card not a PCI-X card.

So the only thing I'm looking for is one that is compatible with an AGP slot?

Yes, you need a 4x/8x AGP card. Another consideration to check is the PSU in your machine. If it is under 300w, then probably won't be enough power to run the card and the computer.

What do you think about this card? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16814125039
Also will my computer be able to run games like BF2, HL2, etc. Here are my computer specs:
2.60ghz pentium 4 with H-T
1gb ram
and that video card.

The 7600GS requires a minimum 300w power supply. Your HP is probably around that area, but it could be cutting it close. What model HP do you have? (so we can check what power supply it uses)
