Hello, lately i've been having some problems with my computer and i'm wondering if my video card is dying. The screen will often turn a shade of green and flicker in and out of this green color a lot. I've also has had an error occur that says :

!PU Recover has reset your graphics accelerator as it was no longer responding to graphics driver commands.

When playing games the graphics will suddenly go crazy and the ground will be jumping up and down everywhere. I minimize the game and go back into it and that usually solves the problem.
My current graphics card is a Radeon 9500 Pro and i've had it about 3 years now. It is not that old but maybe i've just worn it out. Is this something that can be fixed or is it just time to get a new card?

My specs are:
Radeon 9500 Pro
Intell Pentium 4 CPU 2.8GHZ
1.5 GB Ram
400W Power Supply
Asus P4pP00-SE motherboard
Computer fan installed

It may be that your graphics card is on its way out, but it could also be a driver problem. You should check that you are using the most up to date driver available for your card. Colour flicker problems can be caused by loose vga cable but the "graphics accelerator" error message suggests this is an unlikely cause - worth checking though.
If it is a hardware problem with your graphics it is most probable that you will have to replace it.
