I noticed that the CPU fan was a little loose on my new build.
I am having trouble fixing the CPU fan from the boxed 6300 processor on my Gigabyte motherboard. Everytime I lock one leg in the other one pops out. What am I doing wrong?
I hope alll this pressure tring to fix it hasn't damaged the processor.
Help.

Is the motherboard in or out of the case? It's easier to install the LGA775 heatsink with the motherboard out of the case. Installation guide. (http://www.hardwarezone.com/articles/view.php?id=1215&cid=19&pg=6)
