If the BIOS is reading 0 rpms and the CPU fan is running, 3 possiblities, CPU fan is plugged into the wrong fan header/RPM sensor part of the fan is bad/connector not fully seated.

Or it could be the fact i forgot to take some of the package off the heat sink before putting it ontop of my processor. :D , its fixed now still says the same thing but everything seems fine im guessing if i update the BIOS it will disapear.
P.S. do i need too download a dual core patch or something?

Update the bios, make sure CPU fan plugged into correct header.
AMD does have a "Dual Core Optimizer" which can help with slowdowns in games due to the dual core. You can find it at AMD's website.
