Hi, I bought a WD MyBook external storage (320GB), but my computer can't recognize it. If I unplug USB 2.0 From the device and plug it again it appears for couple minutes but after that my Computer losing it again it says "unknown device"

have you tried formatting it. normally windows wont recognize it if its not formatted. ive had that happen a couple of times, but none of them were external.

You can't see it in disk management to format it if it's an unknown device.

Send it back for replacement.

Well, it could be a USB issue with your computer. You need to try the drive in a different computer.
