Haven't been back here in quite a while and do very little computer work anymore but need a little help.
I have a 45 gig hard drive that is divided into two equal partitions. The C: partition is now almost full and I get errors pretty regularly because of that. The D: drive has about 6 gig free and I would like to know if there is a way to change the partition sizes to add most of the 6 gig free on D: back to C: drive without losing any data or having to do any reformat or reinstalls?
I know I need to buy a much bigger hard drive soon but will probably do that when building a completely new machine. I'm still running my old overclocked PIII 933 running at a bit over a gig.

PM is great. BUT, you can get a new 160 gig drive for less money....

You might consider moving your swap file to D. Can also adjust the size of the recycle bin and system restore to free up some space...Then there's uninstalling a few programs off of C and reinstalling onto D..

Thanks guys,
I have an older copy of PM but have never had much luck using it for such things. May give it a try though. I'll likely just remove some stuff I seldom use and worry about it later when I build a new machine. I know now to buy way more hard drive than I think I will ever need and to make the C: partition at least 70 to 85% of the drives capacity.

What version of PM and what version of Windows? You may have a compatibility issue.
