Hello folks,
A discusion is within the confines of the ADMIN forum dealing with the adverts on this site and where they "may" lead. This post will probably be moved/copied to this the "general" forum.
All are advised to read the post completely.
You may also see an Email or other contact information to make your feelings known on the matter.
The post deals DIRECTLY with the type of advertizing, the pop-ups and the feelings of the moderators as well as the general "posting public".
Speak your mind or forever hold thy piece.
The post may begin with "Notice of Intent".

Please be advised that I am in no way "compensated" in any form for my works here. I post to both teach and learn. Time to lend a hand here folks.

Stay tuned!

It's late and got one eye open - be more specific, please.

The post is not going to be moved. It concerns the latest ad popup, which is being taken care of by management who has deemed it unacceptable. Please bear with us as it's a holiday weekend.

Due to a communication error, I posted in haste.
These issues were being addressed without notification.
Therefore, this thread shall be closed.
I apologize to the ADMIN and to those that read this post for any possible alarm.

Sorry folks!

I must say that I am not very happy with your overreaction to the ad situation Toaster. I ask in the future that you try to work with the rest of the mods and the administration to get horrible ads like the one in question removed instead of going off on a tangent and threaten to move a post from the admin forum out here, which WOULD NOT have set well with any of your peers in that forum. You have an email Toaster, I suggest you read it.
