I have a router-modem converted into a bridge mode, and I make it to dial-up the connection instead of auto-dialing it thru router.

So if I use a switch, can I still use ICS for these? ICS is mainly by using two NICs right? :)

Yes you should be able two. On the machine that acts as the ICS server, you will still need two NIC's. One will be plugged into your modem/bridge and the other that serves out the IP addresses will be plugged into the switch. However, if the connection to your modem/bridge is not over ethernet you would actually only need one NIC instead of two. That NIC will then connect into the switch. Hope this helps.
