Renewed Membership But Not Showing

I have once again renewed my PCMech Supporter membership but it's is not showing in the forum and I still see the ads. I have the receipts that were emailed and the renewed status confirmation email.

Just today, a problem became apparent that the forum side of the memberships was still tied to a database in the old location (we recently did a server change for our databases). For this reason, your renewal as regards the forum was in the OLD database, which obviously doesn't do you much good here.

The problem is corrected and I have fixed your profile. For brining this to our attention, and to make up for the lost time, I have extended your membership an extra month.

To anybody else who has the same issue, you can update your profile in the forum now by simply entering your username and password for the forum in your Supporter profile page. If you have any issues, email sales@pcmech.com.
