Well, when you're backed into a corner by a bully (gov't), you fight their way. The lawsuit smelled, just as the one targeting tobacco companies. I wish, oh how I wish, the cig makers would close shop and Uncle Sugar have a drop-dead heart palpitation. Suddenly, no more tax revenue from the mean, ugly cig makers. Same for MS. Just say to "Hell with it, we're outta here, go learn Linux". But alas, capitalism lives on...
