Hey all, I just built my 1st system and its up and running :) - here is the hardware I used...

EVGA 122-CK-NF68-AR LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor
CORSAIR XMS2 4GB (4 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel
Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD3200KSRTL 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s
eVGA 768-P2-N831-AR GeForce 8800GTX 768MB 384-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP
OCZ GameXStream OCZ600GXSSLI ATX12V 600W Power Supply 100 - 240 V CB/CE/CSA/UL/FCC

My question is concerning the bios... after intially configuring it I left everything on default and didnt change anything because I am uncertain what is beneficial to tweak and what is best to leave alone, the only thing I noticed that I probably should change was the memory timing from 5-5-5-18 to 4-4-4-12... What else should I change from default to make the system run at an optimal level? Thanks in advance for any responses!

Wow, that's a heck of a rig. Is that memory rated for 4-4-4-12 timings? There's both 5 and 4...just leave it at what it's rated for. It should automatically set the timings.
