Scalable Printing

Does anyone know of a good piece of software that will allow scalable printing of web pages. For example, a web site done in 800 X 600 resolution will not print fully across a 8 1/2 X 11 page in portrait mode without cutting off the right side. I need a piece of software that will allow me to scale down the page and then send it to the printer.
