I am going to build a computer and i need a case with good cooling (but no liquid nitrogen or water), easy to use/upgrade, and is fairly quiet. Any suggestions?
Thanks

If you don't want a lot of flash with LEDs and the like, I really like the Antec P180. The only little issue it has is that the location of the power supply means you need one with longer then avenge cables. If you are careful with that, it's got good cooling and a nice design for working in.

Take a look at Intel's Thermally Advantaged Chassis (http://www3.intel.com/cd/channel/reseller/asmo-na/eng/products/53211.htm?iid=go_chassis)list. Anything on that list will have good cooling. Don't forget to take the power supplies into consideration. Some of them may not be suitable, depending on what the rest of your components are. One case that is not on the list, but has good cooling and is fairly quiet is the Antec SONATA II (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811129155). The PSU in that one will handle quite a bit, but might not be adequate for a top end system. In general, most flashy cases come with junk power supplies. So if you want a fancy case get one without a PSU and buy a good one seperately. If you list the other components you plan on using, we can give you more specific advice.

You can't go wrong with the Antec line of cases.

Agreed, Antec cases are very well designed and come pretty quiet if you get one of the higher end ones such as the P180 (you'll need a power supply with long cables) or Sonata II.
