Converting video for HP rx3115

I am looking for the settings one would use for converting a video file to be used on a HP rx3115 Pocket PC. I have one music video that I converted a while ago with a trail version of a program that was pretty much idiot proof. Now a year later I would like to do it again. I don't remember the name of the program I used before however, I do have a program called superconverter that I downloaded from here (http://www.erightsoft.org/home.html).

The problem that I have is that it has so many options I do not know what to choose. I used Gspot on the working video but it didn't appear to give me the finer details.

Any ideas on what settings I should use for my device?
