Driver is blocked due to compatibility issues

Hi Folks

On a Dell Notebook after performing a Windows Updates I get error " This Driver is blocked due to compatibility issues" .

Driver: Sonic Solutions DLA
Publisher: Sonic Solutions

I was wondering how to get rid of the pop up error.

I googled and the recommendation was to uninstall
Update for Microsoft Windows (KB929427)

Not sure if I want to do that if I have other options.

It appears Roxio is currently working on a resolution but if there is any other solution I will appreciate it.

I cannot uninstall the software since the burner is using it.

Sense this is the Vista forum, I'm sure your running vista, correct?

Did you do an update or clean install? It is very possible that it just isn't compatible, "yet". I know my Nero plug ins were not.

Also- what model Dell Laptop? :rolleyes:

Yeah I guess they will just have to wait.

New Laptop from Dell. It came with Vista Home Premium.
