I want an avatar by my name whr2206...I see that alot of you guys have one...how do you do it??

Hi whr2206,

You have to have at least 1,000 posts to have a custom avatar. However, I think a new flag one should be added (like the grad cap) for any user to use (like mine), if just for a while.

That has already been done.
Any user with at least 1 post will be able to have a "waving flag" avatar.
